1. Information We Collect
GraniteTally is designed for enterprise usage. We collect information to provide, maintain, and securely operate our platform. This includes:
- Account Data: Names, emails, and phone numbers for administrators and workers.
- Operational Data: Blocks, slabs, invoices, vehicle logs, and factory operations metadata uploaded by your workers.
- System Logs: IP addresses, device identifiers, and browser agents to monitor system health and prevent unauthorized access.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use the data strictly to deliver the GraniteTally service. We do not use your operational data for any marketing purposes. Your data is used to:
- Generate your P&L reports and analytics dashboards.
- Send automated webhook notifications (e.g., payment dues, approvals).
- Provide customer support and debug system anomalies.
3. Data Retention
Operational data is retained for the lifetime of your active subscription. If you choose to terminate your subscription, you may request a full export of your data within 30 days, after which it will be permanently expunged from our active servers.
4. Subprocessors
We utilize enterprise-grade infrastructure providers (such as Supabase, AWS, and Vercel) to host and secure our systems. These subprocessors are bound by strict Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) that mandate rigorous security standards.
