Please read these terms carefully before using GraniteTally to manage your factory operations.
TL;DR
GraniteTally provides B2B software for factory management. You retain all rights to your data. We ensure 99.9% uptime. Payments are handled via Razorpay on a subscription basis. Don't misuse our platform.
1. Platform Access and Licenses
Subject to these Terms and your payment of the applicable subscription fees, GraniteTally grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform strictly for your internal business operations.
2. Account Security & Administration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Admin and Worker accounts. The "Super Admin" of your tenant account is solely responsible for granting permissions, configuring modules, and ensuring workers submit accurate operational data.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
GraniteTally is billed on a recurring subscription model (Monthly/Yearly) per factory unit. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Failure to renew your subscription will result in a temporary suspension of data-entry capabilities, though historical read-only access may be preserved for a limited grace period.
4. Intellectual Property
The GraniteTally software, source code, UI/UX designs, and trademarks are the exclusive property of GraniteTally. You retain 100% ownership of the operational data (blocks, slabs, customer info) that you upload to the platform.
5. Limitation of Liability
GraniteTally is designed to assist with factory management and analytics. However, we are not liable for business losses, supply chain disruptions, or accounting discrepancies resulting from user-entered data errors or temporary service outages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the software in the preceding 12 months.
